No refunds on digital products
Because every book is a digital file that is delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is complete.
Please check before you buy
Each book page shows what's inside, sample pages and the page count, so you can decide before paying.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged but didn't get your book, were charged twice, or your file won't open, write to celaviecreativestudio@gmail.com with your payment ID. We'll fix it — by resending the book or, for a duplicate charge, refunding the extra payment to your original payment method.
